Ok I’m having a mild panic moment and I can’t sleep and it seems too late to have a sleeping tablet. I have switched to taking my meds in the morning as someone suggested but still insomnia. I don’t have a problem staying asleep I’m just really anxious and can’t get off to sleep for hours even when I’m in bed.
